An illustration I did a while back. This Japanese game, which took the world by storm in the mid to late 90s, has often been a source of outrage for parents and grandparents alike. (My grandmother phoned my mother one afternoon after watching an episode of the show with me, panicking over the "violence" in the show).

The piece is a sarcastic comment on overprotective parenting and is also pointing out that, well, yeah, it really is caged dogfighting for kids.
